Sign up / Log in

To purchase items, sign up for an account first by clicking the Log in button. You will be directed to a page to sign up. If you have already signed up, log in into your account.

Fill in the details required. If you are creating a personal account, please tick the box ‘Bill to my personal details’.

 

Purchasing

In purchasing any item, please refer to the Unit of Measurement. If the Unit of Measurement is in:

 

Order Process

Once you have filled in the quantity, click the ‘Add to cart’ button. This will prompt the website to add the item into your shopping cart. You can either continue shopping or proceed to order the selected item. Click the ‘Order’ button.

You will be directed to the order page.

  1. If you want to change order, click the button ‘Change order’.
  2. To modify or change address, you can click the ‘modify button’. (Note that the default address is the one you registered during Sign Up.)
  3. For delivery method, you can either choose the standard national courier postage or Self-Pickup, where you can collect your item at this address:
  4. Choose your payment mode: cash, bank transfer (Maybank) or SenangPay (credit or debit card and FPX).
  5. If you have special requests or remarks, please include them in the section provided. (For example, if you want to purchase 2 pieces of 2.5m item, you put it in the remarks section.)
  6. Once you are done with the above particulars, click order now. If your payment method is SenangPay, you will be directed to the payment gateway and please proceed with your payment.


Delivery Period

Subject to 3-5 working days (Sunday - Thursday) after payment has been done.
** Subject to the availability of stock. If item is out of stock, your order may take longer to be delivered.
** All ready-made products (i.e. baju kurung, jubah) are pre-ordered items. It may take 1-2 days longer to prepare these items.
